Kraig's showmanship and mastery of dobro slide get you listening and
watching, and cheering... but his songwriting keeps you listening.

Kraig
Kenning
The winner of first place honors in the recent National
Slide Guitar Festival, the northwest suburban resident is no
slouch as a singer and songwriter, too, as his fifth album,
"Every Precious Moment," so ably demonstrates.
Kenning's deft finger picking and slide work on acoustic
and steel resonator guitar is truly impressive, but so is
his flair for crafting intelligent, heartfelt lyrics and
memorable melodies. Call his style laid-back music played
with a burning passion.

Bob
Tyler
Bob's a lot like my heroes, Jethro Burns. Sometimes
his humor is so outrageous, that it overshadows his mastery
of playing the guitar. Truly a funny man and
incredible musician. He's finally released an album of
his fans' favorites that he's performed over the years.

| Thom
Sumbler
Thom's CD, Written on My Face, produced by
Bob Tyler, features the backing of The Colorado Wrecking
Crew, which consists of Tyler, John Magnie, Steve Amedee,
Rich Moore and Jeremy Lawton. The result is a skillfully
produced collection of songs that take you on the road.

Mollie
O'Brien
"I
don't think of myself as a blues singer or a folk singer or a
bluegrass singer," Mollie confesses. "I think of
myself as an interpreter. I've done lots of acting, and it's
only when you've learned your lines and your blocking that you
can go out of the envelope. That's how I learn tunes. I learn
them backwards and forwards and try them in all different
keys, so I can learn how far I can stretch them. You can't
take chances until you really know where you are, and taking
chances is what's fun."
I
actually saw Mollie at the Ann Arbor Folk Festival before
moving to Colorado. I'll never forget catching Mollie,
Rich Moore and Scott Nygard in Nederland - my first Colorado
concert - and how exciting it was to move to a place with such
incredible musicianship.
Mollie's
an artist who knows how to pick songs and musicians like
paints on a pallette and through her powerful voice paints,
each song is a Mollie masterpiece. -

Gotta see her live! I also love when she throws a
John Hiatt tune in the set...

Katelyn
Benton
Colorado
Singer/Songwriter - At age 15, Katelyn released Sycamore Street.
When
she performed at the Celeste Krenz and 3 Twins Christmas show
with her original solo holiday song, the crowd realized they
were witnessing true talent of piano composition, songwriting,
and singing. And as she walked off the stage, she showed
her maturity and confidence by jumping back in as the band
started with a spontaneous side by side piano jam exchange
with the great John Magnie... It was a highlight of the
evening... - Dwight

Dave
Zobl
There are thousands of CDs recorded each year. Most of
them are made to turn a buck. Although I'm sure Dave would
like to at least break even on his recording studio costs,
it's obvious he's making this music out of pure love. The
bonus for listeners is...he's a great singer / song writer
and he makes great music, from the heart. I highly recommend
this CD!

Rob
Anderlik
Rob
is a musician who knows how to accompany a band or singer
with tasteful rhythm and solos.
Rob
plays dobro, Weissenborn, and acoustic guitars. Rob
has studied dobro with Jerry Douglas and Sally Van
Meter. He has played with Czech guitar legend Slavik
Hanzlik, the alt-country icon Robby Fulks and the great
mandolin and guitar player, Don Steirnberg.
Rob
introduced me to the world of dobro and Weissenborn over 10
years ago. Although, I quit the bluegrass dobro
shortly after my two lessons with Rob, I picked up the
Weissenborn 5 years later and Rob continues to be an
inspiration and influence on my own music. ~ Dwight

| Trio
Assai
For
over five years, the Trio Assai has been constituted for
promoting the plectrum instruments and show their usually
unknown possibilities. The instruments of the bandurria
family (similar instruments to the mandolin) are usually
only known as popular instruments. The bandurria and the
spanish tenor lute, together with the guitar form a classic
trio with surprising musical possibilities.
