Exploring America's National Parks has been a passion of mine for years.  I enjoy hiking as well as wildlife and nature photography.  I have a diary and photo gallery of my most recent National Park visit - Yellowstone in the New Millennium. 

I often plan, or spontaneously go on weekend escapes.  These often include drives alone into the mountains or wilderness, or planned events with co-workers and friends.  I also try to go on weekend drives or explore the nightlife while I'm traveling on business.

I also escape the the daily grind right here at home.  I tend to have barbeques, luaus and songwriter gatherings with friends or just some friends over and try my hands at cooking.
